Exchange procedure take anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes. There might be a small fee charged but we are not sure of the percentage rate of it.

Since there is no FAQ section on their platform, if you face any problem then you have to talk with their support team. Note that there are only two options, you can either change the Bitcoins into Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum.

This looks identical to btcchangex.com which scammed me out of 0.005 bitcoin yeterday, no response from emails
This is definitely a SCAM! I sent 2 exchanges through them and I still haven’t received my ETH!!!
