Traders Alliance Review

Traders-alliance.com - Scam Review

Traders Alliance (traders-alliance.com) is a forex investment solution which offers account management solution.  The funds are supposedly handled by experienced traders who have in depth knowledge about the markets.  They advertise returns of up to 3% per day.

While we were investigating this service, we were more than convinced about the fact that, this platform is a simple ponzi scheme which according to many HYIP monitoring sites is currently paying but however, there are many complaints from innocent investors who have lost their money to this dangerous scam.

Read our complete review to find out all the reason because of which we are debunking them.

Company and Contact Details

Firms which are involved with account management services or any other type of financial undertaking has to be regulated and licensed.

Traders Alliance represents an ICO which raises funds necessary for trading purposes from the public and the investors are promised a fixed predetermined dollar figure.  When we were trying to find any licenses they must legally hold, there weren’t any.

We have confirmed through FCA this firm has never been licensed thereby operating illegally.

Nevertheless these crooks have tried to appear genuine in front of the investors by featuring a registration document but that does not mean they are authorized.  The only contact detail provided on their platform is an email address.

The support team of this firm can be reached via a contact form provided on their website.

How does Traders Alliance Work?

This firm is supposedly involved in trading forex in the OTC (over the counter) markets.  They state that since these markets are not so much affected by news as they are traded in the weekends, that provides them enough opportunities to earn significant returns.

The volatility in the otc markets are too low and unless you have big enough capital, the profits are not worth it.  Their narration is absurd and they do not have any plan of action at all. We do not have a slight idea about what indicators or parameters are considered by them before entering a position and how the risk profiling is done in these kind of scenarios.

Considering all the information it certainly does not instill confidence among the investors.

Returns Promised

There are 3 investment plans offered by this firm  wherein for higher returns you have to commit your capital with them or long period of time or simply increase the starting deposit amount.

This firm supposedly generates returns of up to 3% daily which may not seem much at first but it adds to a staggering 90% return on investment on a monthly basis which is more than what legitimate investment solutions can ever offer.  Simply put they are promising to double your capital every month which is impossible to sustain.

Affiliate Program

The primary motive of ponzi schemes is to maximise their earnings and in order to do that they have to grow their client base.  This firm encourages its existing users to refer people on to their platform. The affiliates are paid a percentage of deposits made by their referrals.

Note that the affiliates need not be an active investor in order to get their commissions which is why many HYIP sites aggressively promote them.

Testimonies

There are a lot of reviews and comments from alleged early users put up on their website.  All the testimonies are as expected favorable towards them and contains screenshots or transaction details processed by this firm.

Traders-alliance.com - Fake Testimonies

There is no way to verify whether they are from real users or not but looking at the number of positive comments this service has got despite being an illegal company, it is most likely to be from bogus profiles.

Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit is  $1 and the minimum withdrawal amount is $0.1.  There isn’t any information about the transaction fees.

This platform accepts payments from Bitcoin, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, PerfectMoney, Payeer and advcash.  The withdrawals are said to be processed instantly.

Popularity

This service is operational for 266 days as of writing this review and claims to have 2,367 active users.  According to whois.com this domain was registered on 12/12/2017 and it expires after one year.

This website has a global rank of 1,003,372 and it ranks 122,116 in Russia according to alexa.com.

The majority of the users coming to this website are from Russia, Thailand, Ukraine and Bangladesh.

Is Traders Alliance a Scam?

Yes,

Their narration makes partial sense but at the same time they have involved enough technical explanation to overwhelm newbie investors which apparently might be the reason why many investors have already lost their funds.  If any account management services does not provide you with verifiable trading history, it is most likely to be a fake service.

Traders Alliance Review Conclusion

Traders Alliance might seems as a reliable investment company as their returns claims are not exaggerated or unbelievable but still they add up to significant number on a weekly or monthly scale.

Remember all scams will have a very appealing manufactured back stories on their platform which is an effective trick used to trick you into thinking it is easy to make money trading the markets but ask yourself if they are able to generate returns which cannot be matched by hedge funds who have huge resources why would they offer their services for free?
